You have two investment pathways under the Active Investor Plus Visa:
Growth Category: Requires a minimum investment of NZ$5 million, maintained for 3 years. The physical presence requirement is just 21 days over that period.
Balanced Category: Requires a minimum investment of NZ$10 million, maintained for 5 years, with a standard stay requirement of 105 days over five years - this can be reduced with higher additional investments.

Growth Category: 21 days total over three years—often as few as 7 days per year.
